Must be an analytical and be Logical thinker to solve customer queries& issues
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are necessary for effective customer service interactions and management of difficult circumstances
Should have a customer - centric thought process. Delivering Customer Service Metrics as Per Goals (Customer Satisfaction, Call Handling Time, Quality Score).
Knowledge of Internet / Mobile phone applications.
Navigational expertise/multi-tasking, MS Excel and MS Word. The ability to comprehend and resolve typical customer issues with software, hardware, or internet services.
Take ownership of the tickets and resolve the inquiry to customer’s expectations to deepen the relationship and achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction Education/ Experience Requirement

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing timely and effective support through various channels, including chat, email, and voice. Your primary goal willbe to address customer concerns, resolve issues, andmaintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
