Required Skills:-

 Need to have the capacity to manage several chat interactions at once while retaining the quality and accuracy of the communication.

  Deal with customer centricity

  Must be an analytical and be Logical thinker to solve customer queries& issues 

 Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are necessary for effective customer service interactions and management of difficult circumstances

  Should have a customer - centric thought process. Delivering Customer Service Metrics as Per Goals (Customer Satisfaction, Call Handling Time, Quality Score). 

 Knowledge of Internet / Mobile phone applications.

  Navigational expertise/multi-tasking, MS Excel and MS Word. The ability to comprehend and resolve typical customer issues with software, hardware, or internet services. 

 Take ownership of the tickets and resolve the inquiry to customer’s expectations to deepen the relationship and achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction Education/ Experience Requirement

Education/ Experience Requirements •

  • Only Graduates can apply
  • • Minimum 8-12 months experience in BPO (Chat Process-Experience in the E-Commerce industry will be an advantage.)
  • • Typing speed should be 35 words per minute with 95% accuracy
  • • Good in spoken and written English and Hindi Languages
  • • Should Have Basic Computer Knowledge.

 

Working Hours/Shifts •

 Flexible in terms of week off and shift timings
