Job Description:
As a Medical Representative, your primary responsibility is to promote and sell pharmaceutical products or medical equipment to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital staff. You will be expected to establish and maintain positive relationships with key decision-makers in various medical facilities, ensuring the effective promotion and distribution of the company's products.
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products or medical equipment to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare facilities.
- Provide accurate information and educational materials about products to healthcare professionals.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
- Organize and attend medical conferences, seminars, and other events to promote products and network with healthcare professionals.
- Keep abreast of developments in the healthcare industry, including new products and competitor activities.
- Collect and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with colleagues in marketing, sales, and other departments to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical equipment sales is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, products, and industry regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
