Job Summary:
As an HR Manager - Generalist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various HR functions, contributing to the overall success of the organization. You will collaborate with department heads and employees to ensure a positive and productive work environment, compliance with HR policies and regulations, and the effective delivery of HR services.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations: Build and maintain positive employee relations by addressing and resolving workplace issues, conflicts, and grievances.
Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process, from job posting and candidate selection to onboarding and orientation of new employees.
Performance Management: Oversee the performance appraisal process, setting clear expectations and providing guidance on performance improvement.
Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and a consistent approach to HR practices.
Training and Development: Identify training needs, organize training programs, and promote employee development.
Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with organizational goals.
Employee Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and retention.
Compliance: Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, ensuring the organization's HR practices are in compliance.
Workplace Safety: Promote a safe and healthy work environment by managing safety protocols and responding to safety concerns.
HR Reporting: Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports on key HR metrics.
Conflict Resolution: Provide guidance and mediation in resolving workplace conflicts and issues.
HR Projects: Lead or participate in HR-related projects, such as culture enhancement initiatives or diversity and inclusion programs.
