Position Overview: We are seeking a talented HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within the organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of recruitment processes, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source potential candidates through online channels, job fairs, social media, networking, and other methods.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the position.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Extend job offers and negotiate salary packages with selected candidates.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks, including reference checks and background screenings.
- Assist with onboarding activities for new hires.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or similar HR role.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR).
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
