Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive impression and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including photocopying, faxing, and filing.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings.
Customer Service:
- Provide information to visitors and clients about the organization's products or services.
- Handle inquiries and resolve or escalate issues as needed.
Office Coordination:
- Liaise with various departments to ensure seamless communication.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
